Our Commitment to Safe and Welcoming Schools

Our school district is committed to providing safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environments for all students and families. Every child has the right to attend school and participate fully in their education, regardless of immigration status. We work to ensure that students feel supported, respected, and able to learn in a positive school community. If you have questions or need additional support, we encourage you to contact our Family Resource Center for guidance and assistance.

Your Child’s Right to Attend School

  • Students have the right to attend public school regardless of immigration status.

  • Schools should not request or collect immigration status information for enrollment (beyond what’s legally required).
