How it Works:
1. Families are referred to the FRC by school staff or self referrals.
2. Using a strength based/solution focused approach, the FRC staff conducts an intake with the family to determine what the needs are and provides guidance on various supports.
3. Families are matched with appropriate supports or community programs.
4. The FRC staff provides follow-up on referrals and ensures that families are supported every step of the way.
